Week 1
1 – Call a friend who lives far away, then setup a monthly calendar invite so you can keep up with each other!
2 – Buy yourself some beautiful fresh flowers.
3 – Use the thickest body butter you can find, don’t forget to slather it on.
4 – Write in a journal.
5 – Try a new boutique fitness class.
6 – Seek out new music to relax (or inspire) you!
7 – Get a pedicure, just because.
Week 2
8 – Deep condition your hair.
9 – Connect with nature, add a potted plant to your nightstand.
10 – Dive into a new novel (or flip through a coffee-table book).
11 – Start the morning with a few sun salutations to get ready for the day.
12 – Take frequent breaks at work: have a cup of tea, stretch, take some deep breaths.
13 – Find a dog to pet – yours, a friend’s even a stranger’s.
14 – Download some podcasts that interest you. Lie back and lose yourself in the story.
Week 3
15 – Bake something yummy or throw together some no-bake energy bites.
16 – Wear sunscreen.
17 – Take short showers.
18 – Write down all the doctors you need to see this year.
19 – Add a hydrating serum to your nightly routine.
20 – Hook up an essential oil diffuser.
21 – Get a massage.
Week 4
22 – Give your skin a deep clean.
23 – Take a social media break, for a few hours, a day, a week.
24 – Exfoliate once or twice a week.
25 – Go to bed super early. Even earlier than that, wake up refreshed.
26 – Try meditating.
27 – Take a warm bath.
28 – Go for a walk.
29 – Slow down and allow yourself to be fully present.
30 – Indulge in a hearty entrée salad.
