I’d kept consistent with my workouts the majority of this past year post quarantine amidst this hectic Covid-life…
And while I’ve had some great progress I sometimes feel I’ve stagnated and am determined to push myself even further to get over this hump.
We’re already starting to see temperatures hit the 90s here in Atlanta and despite this feeling; I’m determined to create some visible results.
To start, I’m planning to up the ante with cardio, clean up my diet and DRINK MORE WATER!
