I take for granted the amount of time I’ve spent living and working in NYC. I’ve since moved to the Southeast and I’m discovering new things about myself in this process. Sullivan Street Bakery or Egg Shop – amazing breakfast sandwiches
J.G. Melon – Amazing Burgers
Prince Street Pizza – absolute fave sicilian pepperoni slice, if you go on the weekend be prepared for a line 🙂
BG Restaurant at Bergdorf Goodman – who says you need to go to London for High Tea?
Sticky Rice – fave unfancy Thai restaurant in LES neighborhood
The Wild Son – great healthy food and cocktails nice for refueling after walking and exploring meatpacking neighborhood (if you make it go to nearby Chelsea Market for dessert 🙂
Xi’an Famous Foods – BEST Asian noodles in the world (wish I was kidding)
The Carlyle is nice for ambiance and to hear live jazz on weekends, can be stuffy and overpriced but a must-see experience for old school NYC vibes
Sabbia By Birreria – fun beer hall on rooftop of Eataly Flatiron
Nom Wah Tea Parlor – dim sum!
Ume Cosme – Cosmetics Shop
Artists and Fleas Flea Market – Open in Chelsea Market and in BK on some weekends
Beacon’s Closet – Fun if you like vintage shopping, I like the Union Square location
Sam & Lex Boutique – Lexington Avenue
Delphinium Home – quirky gift shop
