I’ve really been loving the nutrition plan I started just over a week ago. Whether you know me personally or we are meeting for the first time, I’d fallen for strength training and the benefits I’ve seen it bring to my life both mentally and physically.
I’m super excited for what’s to come in terms of my transformation this year and I’m eager to see what results I can create personally and professionally as a result.
I will admit that there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to weight training, relearning your body and figuring out how to best nurture it.
Next week, starting Monday I begin a 16 week workout split that I’m so confident will accelerate my results and have me feeling super confident for summer.
Here’s my starting point. So far I’ve lost 4.2 lbs. While weight loss isn’t my primary goal, body recomp, increased muscle definition and decreased BMI are what I’ll be focused on this year!
