I was down and out there for a minute, this year’s allergy season has been killinnnnnggggggg meeeee…ugh. So much so, I’ve been feeling completely zapped of energy and feeling completely wiped out the past few weeks.
After some much needed rest and reflection, I thought about even more small changes that I could be making to not just look good but to feel even better. While I’ve been pretty consistent with my workouts and skincare routine, it occurred to me that maybe I should make some adjustments to my diet and see how this could positively affect my energy levels.
Don’t take my word for it, and while I’m just getting started with it myself, I’m so excited to get started on incorporating a highly recommended probiotic into my daily regimen.
I’ll give it a few weeks to see how my body responds before considering making any recommendations…and we’ll take it from there!
As the title of this post states I’m in the midst of my annual birthday countdown and overall prepping to feel like I’ve made progress towards all of my goals by making sure to take consistent steps.
