After weeks and months of being consistent with my fitness program and being committed (with a capital C) to meal prepping and prioritizing protein, the scale was NOT budging and on some weeks the lbs were increasing!!
Can we talk about how frustrating that is?!
Just over a week ago I hit the bullet and started working with a nutrition coach and in 9 days I’ve already lost 3.8lbs! I’m literally in shock because nutrition was the only thing I changed. I had been following I’ll advice seem so-called fitness influencers on social media and learned the hard way that some of the guidance just did not help me meet my fitness goals. While I wouldn’t say I was overeating I was likely overdoing it with SOME foods and not enough of others.
I honestly can’t wait to see how things progress and to continue to share my results. xGG
