I would not have considered myself to be a creature of habit, yet these days I find myself thriving in having developed some non-negotiable morning routines.
Once upon a time, I’d wake up and just start “doing” though I’ve noticed a significant change in how I feel over the course of the day when I allow myself the time and space to just “be” no matter how long my list of to-do’s is.
Frequently, I get asked the question as to why I wake up so early…and the reason is because I really love making the time to connect with myself mentally. To align with my goals and to make sure I am taking the steps daily to get me closer to my version of success so o can rest knowing I’ve taken action towards my life vision.
I’m not here to lecture, just sharing what works for me and the habits that I wouldn’t change for the world! 🌎
