Hi friends, at the start of this year I decided that TRANSFORMATION would be my personal theme. If you’re anything like me and you’re really wanting to evolve into a better version of yourself, take heed to these tips below that may be helpful for you!
- Dedicate some time every week to this. I wake up early because the time I spend in silence truly help me to stay focused on my goals. These examples of journaling prompts keep me honest with myself and help me determine when/where I need to make pivots of change course:

- Make a vision board! Pick a vibe
- What hobbies or habits should you consider?
2. Create work/life balance and follow a schedule that interchanges between what you need to do and what you want to do.
3. Meal prep or create a menu for the week. I’m on a meal plan which keeps my weekdays super simple. On weekends however I LOVE to take the time and get creative by experimenting with new recipes. This TikTok viral avocado toast is at the top of my list!
4. Build a good capsule wardrobe and invest in good undergarments.

6. Find influences that inspire you, follow their blueprints even if virtually so that you can take information from them and continue to GROW. Connect with those who you aspire to be more like.
7. Last but not least, be selective with who and what you give your time to!
