The 12-3-30 workout went viral in March 2020. I’d be lying if I didn’t admit to having my curiosity piqued by this treadmill phenomenon.
So, how does this workout even work?
Incline: 12.0
Speed: 3.0
Duration: 30 minutes
I’ll take my honesty up a notch and add that despite being generally physically active and feeling fit for the most part….I needed to work up to this!!! There was no way possible I could have gotten through this workout at this incline. It was incredibly tough and I repeat I think I’m in fairly good shape. This said, if you find yourself going into a spiral on YouTube (trust me, it’s not this is easy to do) my recommendation is to start an incline that is feasible for you to maintain for a minimum of 20 minutes.
