So before you do anything, be kind.
Move your body daily – this doesn’t need to be an extreme workout. Find ways to feel encouraged to move your body more and set small goals each day and week. Some ideas:
- Build an athleisure wardrobe
- Challenge yourself weekly to a new workout

Unfollow anyone on social media that posts content that triggers you or doesn’t make you feel good about yourself.
Stay close to your why and make sure you have a non-superficial reason that is important enough to YOU to commit long term. And if you fall off, don’t bully yourself, just get back up and do it again!
