For ME, waking up early has and always been a game-changer. Yes, it makes my days longer BUT I am able to prioritize myself first and I get to give attention to the daily habits that make me feel my best. I also get to take my time and gone are those days when I would wake up and go. I honestly can’t believe I ever did that!!
Develop your own personal style and dress for your body shape. Take time to reflect on the colors and shapes that you like the best.
Invest in high quality pieces. This has NOTHING to do with what something cost you but rather how long it will last in your wardrobe. Believe it or not, I don’t shop as often as you might think. I take the time to research the brands and items I’m most interested in and plan on adding them to my closet. Ultimately, building a time-less capsule wardrobe is the end goal.
Put a little extra effort into your appearance. When you first meet someone what type of first impression do you want to leave behind?
Invest in your skin – get facials and create a facial routine. You know that I am devout with my skincare though I am also consistent with rotating between getting routine hydrafacials, chemical peels and Microneedling. Consider getting rematched for your makeup. Taking the time to find your signature makeup look or even taking a private makeup tutorial can be key to help you determine the products you need to carve out your day/time makeup style.
Move your body – DAILY! This is a non-negotiable for any THAT WOMAN phase. Daily training and finding the types of movements that you enjoy the most will help strengthen your mental and not just your physical.
Don’t ignore your gut health – I used to suffer from chronic bloating but as I’ve gotten older being consistent with taking pre+ probiotics not only helped my digestion but helped me eliminate bloating discomfort, when taken consistently as well!
