If you follow me on Instagram and happen to watch my stories what I have to share today may seem a little redundant but it has very much been occupying my mind!
I have taken a long overdue and much needed break from my weight training routine. In the 12 weeks that remain in 2023 I decided it be best for me to not take a break per se from the discipline of working out, but rather to create space and allow myself time to move my body differently.
Instead of weight training, in the past week I took a heels dance class and I also started a 28 day pilates challenge. It was a new challenge but my body was apparently craving this so I celebrate successfully completing my first week!
Pilates and simply dance in general has made me eager to revamp my fitness wardrobe, and while I’m a huge fan of 2-piece sets these jumpsuits have become a fast favorite.
