The winter weather can wreck havoc on our skin, in order to keep your skin in top shape through the cold, dry winter sharing my best tips below:

- Add moisture to your home, these days I love to use a humidifier in our bedroom …
- Add moisture from the inside out…don’t skimp on drinking your water! I tend to drink hot teas more to keep warm, though I do also love a flavor boost and occasionally use a hydration multiplier. Raspberry and Peach are my FAVORITES!
- In the mornings, I will use Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Hyaluronic Acid & Aloe (this is available at most drugstores and grocery stores) followed by Bellame’s hydrating cream cleanser.
- Don’t forget sunscreen…period! Year round and even when it’s raining.
- Moisturize your skin thoroughly….I love a hydrating body wash anytime though in the winter months I enjoy using Nivea’s Nourishing Care or their Shea Butter Wash, both can be found at Target.
- Switch your cleanser…at night, in the winter I love to do a double cleanse. Not only because I wear makeup daily but because, as we age it really helps to take extra care. I fell in love with Man:yo’s oil cleanser after watching a Korean influencer do her skincare routine. I use it as my first cleanse at night followed by Bellame’s hydrating cream cleanser.
