Over the past two years, I’d noticed some weight gain, battled high stress, and dealt with dehydrated, and hyperpigmented skin.
Since May 2023, I’ve been dedicated to prioritizing my skincare and overall well-being. I’ve incorporated ingestible skincare and focused on staying hydrated. Regular movement and adequate rest are also key parts of my routine. (Consistency is KEY!)
